People’s School Program (PSP)

The People’s School Program (PSP) is an initiative of the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) that partners with qualified private and NGO organizations to operate newly constructed government school campuses as free-of-cost, English-medium, and comprehensive schools under a Public-Private Partnership model. SZABIST ZAB-ed is proud to be one of the implementing partners, managing campuses in regions such as Nawabshah and Larkana. The program was launched to address challenges in access and quality within Sindh’s government schools, including inadequate infrastructure, low learning outcomes, and weak management. By combining modern school facilities built by the Government of Sindh with the professional expertise of private and NGO operators, PSP aims to enhance teaching and learning, increase enrollment, and bring out-of-school children back into education as part of broader reforms to strengthen the province’s education system.
